How does it exactly work?
Cocovit Coconut Oil is primarily made up of medium chain fatty acids (MCTs), which are processed directly by your liver, reducing the necessity for glucose production and not allowing the fat to be stored. When MCTs are processed by the liver it also produce ketones, which can be used by most cells in the body for energy, especially in the brain.

Ingredients:
2-6 tablespoons of unsalted, grass-fed butter (we recommend Kerrygold)
1-2 tablespoons of Cocovit Coconut Oil
2 cups of hot coffee brewed
Directions:
Combine all of these ingredients in a Nutri Bullet blender or Vitamix, creating a frothy finish.
